KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group has closed on the sale of the former LTS Corporate Center at 528 Seven Bridge Road, East Stroudsburg. Daniel M. Perich, CCIM and George Vlamis, CNE represented the seller and the buyer was represented by Don Wenner of DLP Realty.
The 71,000 square foot complex is located on Route 209 less than two miles off the Marshalls Creek exit of Interstate 80. It features 55,000 square feet of office space and a 16,000 square foot warehouse. The property will now be co-listed for lease by KW Commercial and DLP Realty.

Although it was greatly affected by the economic downturn, the sale is the first step towards revitalization. We’ve partnered with the new owner, who is also a broker, and are pooling our resources in order to bring businesses and jobs to this once thriving location. The new owner, DLP Professional Building LLC, has plans to make a huge investment in building upgrades and renovations, which will be highly attractive to a number of different users. We had leasing interest before the closing even occurred due to the word getting around about a change in ownership. Now that DLP has taken control, renovations will begin immediately. Marketing efforts will also begin in earnest as we look to attract tenants to fill the nearly 70,000 square feet of empty space. When LTS occupied the location they employed several hundred people. We’re hoping to bring that kind of employment back.”
