KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group closed on the sale of three investment properties totaling $9.69MM. The 1031-exchanges were represented by Daniel M. Perich, CCIM, Managing Director of KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group.
The sale included a retail center in Dickson City, PA with Primanti Brothers, Vitamin Shoppe and Marzano’s Italian Quick Grille; a STNL Dollar General in Bethel, PA; and Kings Village Shopping Center in Minersville – an 83,000 square foot neighborhood center with Rite Aid, Family Dollar, Subway and Smokin’ Joe’s.
