Daniel M. Perich, CCIM is the Managing Director and Associate Broker of KW Commercial Real Estate in Stroudsburg, PA. He has been a licensed commercial real estate agent since 1998 and received his broker license in 2007. He originally started with Coldwell Banker Commercial then moved to Michael Baxter & Associates where he was the top producing agent several years running. The move to KW Commercial in 2014 offered him more flexibility and leadership opportunities within a nationally recognized company.
Dan specializes in investment sales and analysis. Using his knowledge and expertise in the commercial real estate field, he assists clients and customers in achieving their financial goals and building wealth through investing in real estate.
Utilizing his bachelor’s in education degree from Mansfield University (1990) and keeping with his roots as a previous schoolteacher at Pocono Mountain, Dan offers mentorship training for junior agents as well as hosts a commercial real estate course at the Pocono Real Estate Academy. In 2003, Dan earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is considered the PhD of the commercial and investment real estate industry. CCIM has a network of over 25,000 designees worldwide. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) which is a 70,000-member network that ensures the retail real estate industry is broadly recognized for the integral role it plays in the social, civic and economic vibrancy of communities across the globe.
As a member of the National Association of REALTORs, Pocono Mountain Association of REALTORs, and Greater Valley Association of REALTORs, Dan is proudly bound by the NAR Code of Ethics and the laws and regulations of Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. Integrity and honesty are values he gladly upholds.
Dan is also on the Board of Directors for the Pocono Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Kiwanis of the Stroudsburgs. His volunteer work includes the annual American Red Cross Red for Red Marathon, Patrolman for the Mount Pocono Municipal Authority and being a sponsor/head coach for Stroudsburg Little League Baseball. Dan is a former member of the Stroud Township Zoning Hearing Board and former Assistant Coach to Pocono Mountain Varsity Basketball.
