Daniel M. Perich, CCIM, is the Broker and Owner of The Daniel Perich Group in Stroudsburg, PA, with over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Licensed since 1998 and a broker since 2007, Dan has built a distinguished career specializing in investment sales, asset analysis, and real estate advisory services. His expertise helps clients strategically grow their portfolios and achieve long-term financial success through commercial real estate investments.
Dan’s career began at Coldwell Banker Commercial before becoming the top-producing agent at Michael Baxter & Associates. In 2014, he transitioned to KW Commercial, where he expanded his leadership role, mentoring agents and fostering a results-driven brokerage. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Dan is a licensed broker in both Pennsylvania and New York with Base Camp Country Real Estate, specializing in rural and recreational properties.
A lifelong advocate for education, Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Mansfield University (1990) and previously taught at Pocono Mountain School District. He continues to share his knowledge by mentoring junior agents and leading commercial real estate courses at the Pocono Real Estate Academy.
Dan earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2003, recognized as the PhD of commercial real estate, and is part of an elite network of over 25,000 industry professionals. His past roles include serving on the Stroud Township Zoning Hearing Board and coaching Pocono Mountain Varsity Basketball and Little League Baseball.
