Looking to grow your real estate career in Northeast PA? The Daniel Perich Group is actively hiring motivated, client-focused licensed agents ready to thrive in commercial real estate. Location: Hybrid (Stroudsburg office + field based)
Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-based)
Start Date: Immediate
What You’ll Do:
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in commercial and land transactions
Assist with listing presentations, showings, and negotiations
Maintain client relationships and follow through with excellent service
Collaborate with team members on marketing and outreach strategies
Stay informed about market trends and zoning regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Active PA real estate license (required)
Commercial or land experience preferred but not required
Strong local knowledge of Monroe, Pike, Wayne, or surrounding counties
Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Professional, ethical, and driven to succeed
